Location: Tillamook County / North Oregon Coast
Compensation: $18-$25/hr (hourly or contract – open to discussion)
Schedule: June – October 2026 | Thurs–Sat (see schedule below)
About Us
We’re a family-owned oyster farm based in Netarts Bay launching our first season of direct-to-consumer sales—and we’re excited to bring our oysters to local farmers markets this summer.
Our Airstream-style food trailer offers a clean, open-window concept designed to feel welcoming and elevated.
We’ll be serving:
– Raw oysters on the half shell w/ mignonettes and cocktail sauces
– Fried oysters w/ garlic aioli
– French fries w/ ketchup
– Wholesale – Take-home oysters
The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and personable Food Truck Manager to run day-to-day operations at three farmers markets throughout the summer season.
You’ll be responsible for:
– Driving and operating a 16’ Airstream-style food trailer
– Picking up oysters from Netarts Bay
– Sourcing ice and stocking the truck before each market
– Shucking oysters and preparing food (raw + fried)
– Managing fryer operations (fries + fried oysters)
– Providing excellent, friendly customer service
– Handling service flow during busy market hours
– Keeping the truck clean, organized, and compliant
*We also need a Cook / Oyster Shucker to help prep and cook the food at the markets with you. If you know someone who could help, we’d love a reference! Please include in your application email.
Requirements
– Must live in or near Tillamook County
– Comfortable towing and maneuvering a trailer
– Customer-facing experience (food truck or similar preferred)
– Friendly, dependable, and self-sufficient
– Farmers market experience is a strong plus
Nice to Haves
– Vehicle capable of towing a 16’ trailer – we would pay mileage and gas+
– Experience shucking oysters
– Experience working with fryers / cooking in a fast-paced setting

1. Hillsboro Farmers Market (Thursdays – 2nd & 4th only)
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Dates: 6/11, 6/25, 7/9, 7/23, 8/13, 8/27, 9/10, 9/24, 10/8, 10/22
2. Manzanita Farmers Market (Fridays)
1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Dates: 6/12 – 9/25 (weekly)
3. Tillamook Farmers Market (Saturdays)
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Dates: 6/13 – 9/26 (weekly)
