Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects.  The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, collecting customer information in order to provide quotes or answer customer questions, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or associates.

Responsibilities:

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring
Take premium payments from customers
Process customer policy change requests
Collect relevant information from customers to allow for efficient handling of questions, quotes and follow up

Requirements:

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Detail oriented
Able to learn computer functions
