Tillamook Family Counseling Center (TFCC) is seeking a full-time BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CRISIS CLINICIAN – NIGHTTIME [4 NIGHTS] as part of the Crisis Response Team. We are located on the beautiful North Oregon Coast. The Crisis Clinician position role in the Agency is to provide crisis response services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis or who may be at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. This position will include responding to crisis mental health and substance abuse needs within the community. Applicants should have demonstrated skills in assessing both mental health and substance abuse concerns. Applicant should have the ability to conduct mental health investigations, maintain professional relationship with community partners, complete all required documentation regarding client services, and develop and maintain knowledge of local and regional resources. Position is directly supervised by the Agency Crisis Services Program Manager.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, generally Monday through Thursday 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. This position may require longer work hours if necessary.

Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle or to have access to transportation that will provide access to community agencies, including the county hospital and responding to law enforcement requests for Mobile Crisis assistance. This position requires response time to a mobile crisis of less than 2 hours and response to the hospital within 45 minutes or less.

This position includes a $5,000 signing bonus, a relocation stipend, and overnight premium shift pay, upon review.

JOB SUMMARY:

Rural Behavioral Health Agency seeks a progressive clinician to work as a Behavioral Health Clinician – In Home Behavioral Health Treatment (I.I.B.H.T.) with challenging children and their families utilizing a home and community-based treatment model. Intensive treatment format includes coordination and collaboration with referring child-serving agencies and small caseloads. Intervention utilizes a team-based approach that includes skills training, family peer support services, psychiatric consultation, and ongoing program oversight and clinical supervision. We are located on the beautiful North Oregon Coast.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position. While generally a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm,  this program model will require flexible scheduling, depending on child/family needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education and Experience:

Master’s Degree in related Behavioral Health discipline
Pursue and/or maintain licensure and addictions certification as required by TFCC
Complete State Investigator Civil Commitment training
Clinical experience within a community behavioral health agency setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

License preferred – LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Bilingual – English/Spanish
Previous Electronic Medical Records experience
