JOB SUMMARY:
Tillamook Family Counseling Center (TFCC) is seeking a skilled professional to work as a DRUG SCREEN COLLECTION SPECIALIST in our Tillamook Coast location. Position collects urine and saliva drug screens from individuals involved in substance abuse treatment services, and other individuals referred by community partners as requested, processes the lab forms and results, and packages the specimens for mailing to the lab.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collection and processing of urine and saliva drug screens for individuals involved in substance abuse treatment services, and other individuals referred by community partners as requested.
Manage daily color code system.
Ensure required information is collected and entered into individual ECR. This includes demographic and billing information.
Upload lab results into ECR.
Communicate with clinical and clerical staff about various UA processes.
Interact with the public and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist clients, public and staff with general questions and refer questions to appropriate staff as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position 20 hours per week. Days and hours of work are variable, but generally 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. three days a week, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. two days a week. The work weeks is Monday through Friday. This position may require longer work hours if necessary.
A Covid-19 Vaccine Required Employer (per Oregon Healthcare statutes)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education and Experience:
Current Certificate in: QMHA, Community Health Worker, CADC, CNA, or Peer Specialist certification OR
The ability to obtain certification within 3o days of hire.
IF QUALIFICATIONS OF ABOVE EXPERIENCE ARE MET THEN:
Minimum High School Diploma/GED
Ability to use word processing and database software along with general office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, computers and phones
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior office experience
Bi-lingual preferred
