Job Summary:
The Pizza Clerk is the first smiling face to welcome our Guests while they are ordering.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fun and fast paced environment
- Experience with cash handling and completing customer service transactions
- Ability to focus on attention to guest needs and customer service
- Proven ability to perform excellent, professional customer service
- Available to work evening shifts, including weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for measurement and scale functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to meet physical requirements of standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of customer service.
- Collecting cash, checks, credit cards or charge payments from customer and making change for cash transactions.
- Answering phones as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and neat appearance for all areas of the store.
- Following daily checkout procedures to assist in daily balancing of cash drawers.
- Assisting in other areas/departments of the store as needed.
