About Us
We’re a family-owned oyster farm based in Netarts Bay launching our first season of direct-to-consumer sales—and we’re excited to bring our oysters to local farmers markets this summer.
Our Airstream-style food trailer offers a clean, open-window concept designed to feel welcoming and elevated.
We’ll be serving:
– Raw oysters on the half shell w/ mignonettes and cocktail sauces.
– Fried oysters w/ garlic aioli
– French fries w/ ketchup
– Wholesale – Take-home oysters
The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Food Truck Cook / Oyster Shucker to handle food preparation and execution during market service.
You’ll be working alongside the Food Truck Manager to ensure fast, consistent, and high-quality food is served throughout each shift.
Responsibilities include:
– Shucking oysters safely and efficiently
– Preparing and plating raw oysters on the half shell
– Frying oysters and French fries to order
– Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation
– Keeping a clean and organized prep and cooking area
– Assisting with setup, breakdown, and restocking
– Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
– Supporting smooth service during busy market hours
Requirements
– Must live in or near Tillamook County
– Experience shucking oysters (preferred, but willing to train the right person)
– Experience working with fryers / line cooking
– Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
– Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
– Reliable and punctual

1. Hillsboro Farmers Market (Thursdays – 2nd & 4th only)
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Dates: 6/11, 6/25, 7/9, 7/23, 8/13, 8/27, 9/10, 9/24, 10/8, 10/22
2. Manzanita Farmers Market (Fridays)
1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Dates: 6/12 – 9/25 (weekly)
3. Tillamook Farmers Market (Saturdays)
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Dates: 6/13 – 9/26 (weekly)
