Experienced Carpenter

We’re looking for skilled and motivated team members who want to expand their carpentry and construction expertise while contributing to high-quality pole buildings throughout Tillamook County, Oregon.

This role offers hands-on experience across multiple trades, including framing, sheet metal installation, and concrete work, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as your skills grow.

Responsibilities-

• Assist in all phases of pole building construction, from layout to completion
  Perform carpentry work including wall framing, truss installation, door framing, and finish details
• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble structural components
• Install sheet metal roofing and siding with precision and safety
• Perform concrete prep and finishing for foundations and slabs
• Operate and maintain power tools and construction equipment safely
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment throughout each build
• Lead or assist less experienced crew members when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and overall project efficiency

Requirements-

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proven carpentry experience or advanced construction background preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Physically capable of performing demanding construction work
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license (required)

Pay & Schedule-

• $25–$26 per hour, depending on experience
• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Work is performed within Tillamook County only
