Patient Care & Education:

Help patients understand their treatment plans and follow-up care.

Continuing Education & Career Development:
We believe optometric technicians should be able to build a long-term career in eye care. Our clinic supports professional growth by providing:
Study materials for Certified Paraoptometric (CPO) certification, expected to earn CPO certification within one year of hire.
Support for CPOA and ABO certifications.
Opportunity to enroll in the Certified Paraoptometric Technician (CPOT) program, a two-year online degree.
80% tuition reimbursement for employees pursuing the CPOT degree.  We actively support team members pursuing these advanced certifications.

Interest in healthcare and helping patients.
Previous clinical experience is helpful but not required.
