Cashier / Lead – Café & Retail
Location: Neskowin, OR
Type: Part-time or Full-time
We’re hiring a dependable Cashier and Lead to support daily café and retail operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and is comfortable taking ownership during a shift when needed.
Responsibilities
– Greet customers and provide warm, efficient service
– Operate POS and handle cash accurately
– Support café and retail sales
– Assist with opening/closing tasks and shift flow
– Serve as a point of contact when management is not on site
– Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house
Qualifications
– Customer service or retail experience preferred
– Comfortable taking initiative and supporting teammates
– Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm during busy periods
– Leadership or key-holder experience a plus
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, starting between $15-18 DOE
Benefits: Available for employees working 20+ hours/week
