Office Specialist

The ideal team member is a motivated, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service. This role includes managing a high volume of in-person and phone interactions while serving as a key point of contact for visitors, vendors, and the public.

Successful candidates will be able to learn new skills quickly, follow instructions accurately, pay close attention to detail, and work effectively in a fast-paced office environment. A solid working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office is required, and experience with Microsoft Publisher is a plus.
