For work in the kitchen of the cafe we are looking for two people with different hours. Work ethic, being proactive, and having a readiness to learn is important to us – more important to us than 3especific experience.
One role we have available is during service from either 7 or 9am to 3pm or 5pm. This would involve learning the menu and working with a partner to assemble ingredients for orders in a timely manner and seasoning/toasting/plating as orders come in, plus some prep and cleaning projects.
The other role available is from 2 or 4pm to 9pm. This role would mean you become a big part of preparing vegetables, meats, and baked goods on our menu – you would start by helping with projects like weighing flours and shedding cheese.
Everone at Hygge pitches in with dishes and clean-up, these roles certainly include that also.
