QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of basic kitchen utensils and equipment in school kitchens.
Experience in quantity food preparation, sanitation, food safety, kitchen maintenance, and computers preferred.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in task performance.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions.
Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with fellow employees and students.
Ability to pass a criminal background/fingerprint check ($70 fee).
Currently holds or has the ability to obtain a valid Food Handlers certification upon hire.
START DATE: As soon as possible
WAGES: $16.14 – $17.73 dependent on experience and per the 2025/26 OSEA Salary Schedule
